Rosa is an experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the education and care sector. Skilled in operations management, innovation, customer service, managing key stakeholder relationship, coaching, leadership and strategic planning. She is a strong operational professional with a Graduate Diploma of Management and Advance Diploma in Children Services. Rosa holds appropriate Working with Children Check and Child Protection Qualifications.


Michelle Boyall Yoga Teacher

Michelle is a mum of two daughters (tween and a teen). Michelle believes in living a life full of joy and gratitude and applying a growth mindset to our everyday lives. These principles guide her teaching and practice, which is focused on helping her young students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. Michelle’s desire is to help children achieve greater awareness of their heart, their mind and their soul to ensure that they grow to be the fullest version of themselves.

Michelle holds a  Bachelors degree in Psychology and has a background in HR as well as pre-school teaching. She has a keen interest in childhood anxiety and feels a great sense of joy from working with children and providing them with tools to navigate their way through this fast paced, instantaneous, technological life they are growing up in. Her classes are presented in fun and interactive way in which the children are encouraged and given space to co-create with her and each other and to express themselves through movement, art and music.

Melanie Itajahy Yoga Teacher

Yoga has been a part of Melanie’s life for over 8 years. It has had an amazing impact in her life, inspiring her to spread her knowledge to beautiful, young minds. 

Her love for yoga and children has brought her on this beautiful journey. She fell in love with inspiring and working with children at a young age and never looked back. Feeling that bringing mindfulness into a child’s life is the most amazing, rewarding thing she can do. She is extremely passionate about health and wellbeing , devoting her time as much as possible to educating and introducing mindfulness.

Melanie completed my 500 hour Teacher training with Byron Yoga Centre ands recently completed 800 hours. She has also has completed her Children’s Teacher Training with Rainbow Yoga. 
In Melanie’s classes, she loves to combine a beautiful, unique, creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration. She strives to help young children others by incorporating yoga to nurture their mind , body and soul. Hoping that each child feels balanced , nourished and refreshed at the end of each session.

Sharmila Saravanan Yoga Teacher

'My journey to yoga started as a merely physical fitness however I realised there is more to it only during my Yoga Teachers Training (YTT). Now Yoga to me is science, physical fitness, self-love, self-development, psychic and spiritual. The more I learn and understand Yoga, the greater the accountability I have as a Yoga Teacher.”

Connecting mind, body and soul brings about a better understanding of oneself and to discern one's unknown potential. This can be accomplished by performing Yoga. Inculcating art through the practices of mindfulness and holistic healing right from the little body/ mind through the maturing body/ mind is what I am passionate about. In Sharmila’s class, she instil fun games and artwork with the subtle flow of asana that helps children to unfold and ascertain.

Sharmila holds a Bachelors’ degree in Business Management. She has completed my 200 TTC from 1000 Yoga Academy and also her Level 1 Teacher Training from the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy) both in India.

Anchal Rastogi Yoga Teacher

YOGA means "yuj" in Sanskrit which means to connect with our mind, body and soul!

“I ,Anchal Rastogi, am a very passionate YOGA Teacher and my primary motive has always been to make my students achieve their desired goal by releasing anger ,anxiety and stress.  To then accomplish calm body, flexibility and good concentration.”

 Anchal started her yoga journey at the age of 15 and is still sailing in the same boat! She completed her yoga training from India in 2009 and certified by yoga Australia. Teaching Yoga for more than 7 years to diverse cultures,  different age groups (kids, teenagers, adults and seniors) and working with different organisations.
